Code page conversion error for table &1 from &2

What causes this issue?

Not all data records in the table could be converted, because the
codepages of the systems are not compatible.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the entries in the table in the target client.

The target client may not be usable.
