What causes this issue?

The transaction is in a hedging unit. Therefore, complete processing is
not possible.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you would like to process the transaction, you firstly have to
remove it from the hedging unit.
