Error while creating note (&1 - see long text)

What causes this issue?

The note could not be created. There are a number of possible causes:
0001 - object could not be created
0002 - mandatory parameter is missing
0003 - original has not yet been assigned
1001 - office setting not found
1002 - SAPoffice user does not exist
1003 - no connection to original SAPoffice system
1004 - folder is not available
1005 - user has no authorization for selected folder
1006 - error occurred in function module
1007 - combination of parameter values is not permitted
