Entering "/h" in the command field has no effect.

How to fix this error?

If you want to use the ABAP Debugger, ask your system administrator,
who can give you the necessary authorization (authorization object
S_DEVELOP, authorization field OBJTYPE with value DEBUG, authorization
field ACTVT with value 03).
