What causes this issue?

Only activities with an inbox and an outcome can be converted.
Activities with multiple outcomes are converted to an activity and a
condition.

System Response

There is an automatic conversion. Data can be lost.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
