What causes this issue?

You are processing a log profile. However, log profiles are
cross-client. This message is intended to make you aware that any
change you make will also affect all other the clients in the system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the effects of your changes carefully. Changing or deleting
cross-client data can lead to inconsistencies because of logical
dependencies between client-specific Customizing and application data
on the one hand, and cross-client Customizing data on the other.
Therefore, ensure that changes of this kind are planned and coordinated
carefully in the context of all the clients that exist in the system.
