You are not authorized to delete events from queue

What causes this issue?

This AIF monitor shows events which were stored into event queue because
of an error while delivery.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

For example: to start a workflow via event failed because of missing
data for data binding. After adapting the binding the event can be
re-delivered via "Restart".
An event can be cancelled to hide it from monitor but it remains in the
event queue because it carries business data.
