What causes this issue?

When authorization default values are maintained in transaction SU22,
certain maintenance status attributes and other administration
information are created, depending on the application.
In the present application, this information is missing.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If the application should only be handled with SU24, this can be
ignored.
If the default values for the application should be maintained and
delivered together with the application, initial maintenance of the
default values must be carried out with SU22 or an equivalent API.
