No authorization to delete (authorization object &)

What causes this issue?

You want to delete an object from the Workbench but are not authorized
to delete.

System Response

The system will not let you delete the object.

How to fix this error?

The authorization object for Workbench objects is &v1&, which you do
not have in your user master.
Ask the system owner to assign you delete authorization if necessary.
