Object not (yet) activated (DDIC log => detail button)

What causes this issue?

There were activation errors in the DDIC.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

check the DDIC activation log in SE11 or by clicking on the detail
button.
