What causes this issue?

Error when writing the transport request.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Not all changes could be entered in a transport request. The changes
made are reversed. Contact your system administrator if the error
occurs again.
