Active version of page & will be tested

What causes this issue?

Page &V1& has an active and an inactive version. You can only test the
active version.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to test the current (inactive) version of the page, you
must activate the page first.
