Error in factory calendar -> workdays were ignored

What causes this issue?

The factory calendar specified in the user master record of the Office
user does not exist, is not active, or its validity period has been
exceeded.

System Response

The resubmissions are calculated using calendar days only.

How to fix this error?

Please maintain your user master record or the factory calendar.
