What causes this issue?

A number of functions can run in the background in SAPoffice. This
includes, for example, changing shared folders, changing shared
distribution lists and sending to a large number of recipients.
An error occured in the planning or triggering of this background
processing.

System Response

The functions were only partially carried out or not carried out at all
in SAPoffice.

How to fix this error?

Repeat the function. If the error occurs again, create a problem
message specifying the number of the error message and the return codes
it contains.
