Cannot import HANA Repository content in view layer system

What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

Import of SAP HANA Repository objects was skipped because this system is
a view layer system, and SAP HANA Repository objects are not supported
in such a system.

How to fix this error?

If you require the functions of the skipped SAP HANA Repository objects,
migrate the objects to ABAP CDS, AMDPs, or to HDI.
HDI is the successor of SAP HANA Repository. The migration of SAP HANA
