You are not authorized to read the system log

What causes this issue?

The system log cannot be read because value SM21 for authorization
object S_ADMI_FCD is missing in the user's profile.
For this reason, transactions such as SM21 and SM21_OLD cannot be run.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Contact your system administrator to have the relevant authorization
added to your profile.
