Enter the complete name in the user master record & first

What causes this issue?

When a signature is executed, the system copies the signatory name from
the user master record to the signed document. However, the name has
not been maintained completely in your user master record and for this
reason, you cannot execute the signature.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

RESET N1
Call up user master record &V1&.
<DS:TRAN.SU01>Edit User Master Record</>
Enter the complete name of the user on the <LS>Address</> tab page.
