What causes this issue?

Condition &V1& (condition type &V2&) could not be instantiated.

System Response

The conditional rules that use the condition are inconsistent and cannot
be executed.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Check the condition type and condition in Customizing. If the condition
does not exist, create it.
