What causes this issue?

No possible input values can be displayed because there are no data for
the chosen search help.
Caution when searching for matchcodes with authorization check:
As the matchcode search is limited to 1000 records, it could rarely
happen that no record is found because the authorization check fails
for all 1000 records.
