Specify a file name in directory "&1&2"

What causes this issue?

You have specified the file name <ZH>'&V1&&V2&'</>. However, your system
administrator has specified that this is a subdirectory in which you
need to specify a file name.

System Response

It is not possible to access the file <ZH>'&V1&&V2&'</>.

How to fix this error?

Add a file name to the subdirectory <ZH>'&V3&&V4&'</>. You can also
specify a file name in another subdirectory of <ZH>'&V3&&V4&'</>.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
