Service & flagged for deletion

What causes this issue?

You wish to maintain a service in whose master record the deletion flag
has been set. This is not possible.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If the archiving program has not yet actually deleted the service
master record, you can cancel the deletion flag in the master record.
If you have no authorization to do this, contact your system
administrator.
