What causes this issue?

No entry was found with a full key search nor with a wildcard with the
following key search:
<ZH>&V1&&V2&</>
The full key search consists of the following fields:

<LS>Whse Process Type/Group</>

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
