Action 'Reject' is not allowed for any of the selected entries

What causes this issue?

The action <LS>Reject </>is only allowed for queues that have the status
'SYSFAIL' and where their function name is one of the following:
/SCWM/INB_DLV_SAVEREPLICA
/SCWM/INB_DELIVERY_REPLACE
/SCWM/OUTB_DLV_SAVEREPLICA

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Select at least one entry with the status 'SYSFAIL' and a function name
that is one of the allowed functions.
