No control parameter entries found for BSKEY &1 and document type &2

What causes this issue?

In the <DS:SIMG./SCWM/TCTRLMSG>Control Message Processing Dependent on
Recipient</> activity, the system found no valid settings.

System Response

Without this data, you cannot control sending of the message to the ERP
system. The system searches according to the document type for an entry
matching the ERP system. If such an entry does not exist, the system
attempts to find the cross-system entry (ERPBSKEY empty) for this
document type. If still unsuccessful, the system repeats the procedure
using an initial document type.
