PPF: it has not yet been possible to create a VAS order

What causes this issue?

The system attempts to automatically create an order for value-added
service (VAS order). Since the system cannot create the VAS order
immediately, it displays the Post Processing Framework action
(PPF-Action) with an error status in the delivery.

System Response

The system continues to attempt to automatically create a VAS order via
an internal queued Remote Function Call (qRFC).

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
