No VAS order has been created for document &1 yet

What causes this issue?

The process for this document was started from an ERP system. The
document remains locked until the system can automatically create the
VAS order. This is because data of the VAS order may be required for the
creation of warehouse tasks.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
