Direct outbound delivery orders must have distribution status

What causes this issue?

The item type of this delivery item or the document type of the document
does not contain the status type <ZK>Planning Distribution</>. This
status type is a prerequisite that the system requires to process a
direct outbound delivery order.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Contact the system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

Configure the item type of the delivery item and the document type of
the document with the status type <ZK> DDS Planning: Distribution</>. To
do so, you define a <DS:SIMG./SCDL/TSTM_PROFV>Status Profile</> that
this status type uses and you assign it to the document type and item
type.
