What causes this issue?

A situation has occurred, which does not allow the data to be saved.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check for any further related messages that may have been issued. If
such messages have been issued, solve the root problem (for example, in
the case of locking problems).
Exit the transaction.
Perform the action again.
If you get the message again after restart, inform your system
administrator.

If there is code involved that is not part of the SAP standard
(user-specific transactions, BAdI implementations) check this code
first.
Check for notes with the key word /SCWM/DELIVERY192. If your note search
