&1 PPF actions failed for outbound deliveries

What causes this issue?

Some actions for outbound deliveries could not be executed in the post
processing framework (PPF).

System Response

As long as these actions have not been executed, there may be some
inconsistencies between the ERP and EWM deliveries, or some tasks (for
example, printing) may be missing for these deliveries.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the delivery documents are consistent and correct.
Check the Customizing settings for PPF actions. For more information,
see SAP Note 1323663.
If necessary, repeat and execute the PPF actions.
If the number of failed PPF actions is constantly rising, contact your
system administrator.
Start transaction <DS:TRAN.SPPFP>sppfp</> from the context menu of the
message to check the failed PPF actions.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
