No customizing transport found

What causes this issue?

Data should be written into a customizing transport request when BC Sets
are activated, but the program had no valid transport request number for
a customizing transport request.
This can happen if no valid customizing transport request number was
passed in the corresponding interface parameter when the activation was
called, and the dialog option "Activation without User Dialog" was
selected.

The activation is cancelled before data is activated.

How to fix this error?

Repeat the activation with a valid customizing transport number.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
