Inconsistent data in BC Set &; see long text

What causes this issue?

You tried to load a BC Set into your SAP System from an external file,
but it contains inconsistent data.

System Response

The system cannot read the data and cancels the procedure.

How to fix this error?

Report the error to the creator of the file. If the file was created by
a download and has not been modified, report the error to SAP.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
