What causes this issue?

There is no configuration for the text collection on header level of
freight orders of type &v2&.

System Response

The system cannot create texts on header level for this freight order.

How to fix this error?

Define a text schema and default text type in the settings for freight
order type &v2& in Customizing for
<DS:SIMG./SCMTMS/V_TORTYA>Define Freight Order Types</>.
As an alternative you can define a default text schema for business
object /SCMTMS/TOR, node ROOT, in Customizing for
<DS:SIMG.BS_FND_BO_TXC>Maintain Text Schema</> (Text Collection). After
having defined the default text schema you need to assign at least one
text type for external texts.
