Freight order or freight booking not sent to ERP

What causes this issue?

The selected freight order (FO) or freight booking (FB) was not sent to
ERP, because the FO or FB does not meet at least one of the requirements
described below.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Ensure that the freight order (FO) or freight booking (FB) meets the
following requirements:
You have assigned an output profile to the FO type or FB type, and you
have defined that the FO type or FB type is relevant for shipment
creation.

Freight Order Types </>or <LS>Freight Order Management -> Freight
Booking -> Define Freight Booking Types</>.
The FO or FB is in process and <ZH>does not </>have one of the following
statuses:
Blocked for execution
Blocked for planning
Marked for deletion
Note the following:
There is always a 1:1 relationship between an ERP delivery and a
delivery-based transportation requirement (DTR) in SAP TM.
There is an n:1 relationship between DTRs and an FO or FB (that is,
between the ERP deliveries that were sent to SAP TM and the ERP shipment
that you want to create based on the FO or FB).
Ensure that the relationships between the relevant business documents
meet the following requirements:
The FO or FB is only related to DTRs (for example, SAP TM cannot send
the FO or FB if it is related to an order-based transportation
requirement (OTR), or to an OTR and a DTR).
The FO or FB contains all freight units (FUs) from each related DTR
(that is, the FO or FB, and therefore the ERP shipment, must contain
complete deliveries).
The FO or FB contains FUs that are derived from either exclusively
inbound deliveries or exclusively outbound deliveries. The creation of
combined inbound and outbound shipments from ERP deliveries is not
supported.
The FO or FB contains FUs that are related to deliveries from the same
ERP system. SAP TM cannot send the FO or FB to ERP if the FO or FB
contains deliveries from different ERP systems.
