Stop fixed for opt.; same UN/LOCODE as only location ID used twice

What causes this issue?

Some of the stops of the transportation demand were ignored during the
optimization run because they contain a cycle, that is, at least one
stop where the location is defined only by a UN/LOCODE has to be visited
twice or more.

System Response

The system does not change the stops.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
