No optimization server available for &1

Message type: E = Error

Message text: No optimization server available for &1

What causes this issue?

You tried to perform an optimizer run but there is no optimization
server available that is configured correctly.

System Response

The system aborts the optimizer run.

How to fix this error?

To check if all optimization servers are configured correctly and if the
maximum number of users is not exceeded, proceed as follows:
In transaction <LS>RCC_CUST</>, check the destination IDs of all
optimization servers and the maximum number of users on a particular
optimization server.
In transaction <LS>RCC_CUST</>, choose the <LS>Connection Test
</>pushbutton to check if the optimization servers are configured
correctly and are available to your system &V1&.
In transaction <LS>RCC_VERSION</>, check if a valid optimizer version
has been installed on each optimization server.
In transaction <LS>RCC_SESSION</>, compare the sum total of the actual
numbers of users on each optimization server with the maximum number of
users for that optimization server given in transaction <LS>RCC_CUST</>.
If, for a specific optimization server, the two numbers are equal, the
system needs to perform future optimizer runs on another optimization
server. If no other optimization server is available, the optimizer run
will fail. For more information, see SAP Note 1262709.
If there are entries for failed optimizer runs in transaction
<LS>RCC_SESSION</>, do one of the following:
Execute report RCC_CLEANUP. For more information, see the application
operations guide for SAP Transportation Management on SAP Service
Marketplace under service.sap.com/instguides -> SAP Business Suite
Applications -> TM.
Delete the entries for each failed optimizer run manually.
Restart the optimizer run.

Procedure for System Administrators

Execute report <LS>RCC_CLEANUP</> on a daily basis so that the list of
optimizer runs in transaction <LS>RCC_SESSION</> remains manageable.
