Admin data settings: include/exclude &1, option &2, changed on &3

What causes this issue?

The system displays a summary of the administrative data settings that
you specified when you ran the background processing function.
The include and exclude information tells you whether you selected or
excluded a selection option for a parameter. For example, <LS>I </>is
for include, and <LS>E</> is for exclude .
The option information tells you the selection option you used to
specify the parameter. For example, <LS>EQ </>is equal to and <LS>BT</>
is between.
The <LS>Created By</> or <LS>Changed By</> information tells you the
following:
For forwarding settlement documents, who created or changed the
forwarding order
For internal settlement documents, including internal settlement
documents for order-based transportation requirements (OTRs) and
delivery-based transportation requirement (DTRs), who created or changed
the freight order or freight booking
The <LS>Created On</> or <LS>Changed On</> information tells you the
following:
For forwarding settlements, the date on which the forwarding order was
created or changed
For internal settlement documents, including internal settlement
documents for OTRs and DTRs, the date on which the freight order or
freight booking was created or changed

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
