What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The system confirms the selection criteria you have entered in a mass
processing function.
The sign indicates if the range you entered is included in, or excluded
from, your selection criteria.
The option indicates the criteria the system uses to start the function.
For example, the <LS>Greater than or equal to</> (GE) option indicates
that you specified a range of forwarding order numbers that starts from
a particular number and has no upper limit.
From and to indicate the exact value at which the system began and ended
the function.
