FSD type selection criteria: sign &1, option &2, value &3

What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The system displays a summary of the settings that you specified when
you ran the background processing function.
The sign information tells you whether you selected or excluded a
selection option for a parameter. For example, I is for include, and<ZK>
E </>is for exclude.
The option information tells you the selection option you used to
specify the parameter. For example, <ZK>EQ</> is equal to and <ZK>BT</>
is between.
The value indicates the range value you entered in the <ZK>from</> and
<ZK>to</> field.
