The technical name of the order data area &1 is invalid

What causes this issue?

The technical name of the <DS:DE./SCMB/ODM_ORDA>order data area</> &v1&
is invalid.
The name may only contain upper case letters and numbers. This
restriction is necessary for you to use the name of the order data area
to name structures and coding.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
