What causes this issue?

The generated structure &v2& of the <DS:DE./SCMB/ODM_ORC>component</>
&v1& does not have any fields.

How to fix this error?

Check the status and the definition of the structure in the ABAP
Dictionary.
Check the definition of the template structure &v3& of the component.
If necessary, regenerate and reactivate the component to generate the
missing structure.
