&1 node with document no. &2 and item no. &3 could not be updated

What causes this issue?

The system could not update document number from &v2& to &v4& on &v1&
document flow node with document number &v2& and item number &v3&.
This can happen for the following reasons:
The node has been already updated.
The node does not exist in the system any more.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the document flow network of the &v4& EWM document and validate
whether the temporary number error still exists for the &v3& item. If it
exists, run the check and the correction for this document again.
