What causes this issue?

The ATC check run was aborted, due to missing prerequisites detected at
runtime or a large number of problems reported for a consecutive series
of checked objects. The latter suggests that some prerequisites for
successful check execution are not satisfied.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

View failure details or documentation of check. If the reason of the
failure remains unclear, report this to the application component
responsible for the check.
