It is not possible to display all data records

What causes this issue?

Two problems occurred:
Postprocessing orders exist that match your selection
criteria but cannot be displayed as you do not have the required
authorization.
Not all postprocessing orders could be displayed, as the maximum
number was exceeded.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Increase the maximum number of orders to be displayed on the selection
screen or restrict your selection further.
