What causes this issue?

You are trying to clear down payments belonging to a down payment chain
with documents that do not belong to the same down payment chain.
Down payments belonging to a down payment chain can only be cleared
with down payments from the same down payment chain.

System Response

Processing was cancelled.

How to fix this error?

You can
Either remove the reference to the down payment chain for all down
payments
Or only select down payments belonging to the same down payment chain.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
