Subcontracting with Chargeable Component cannot be deactivated

What causes this issue?

Subcontracting with Chargeable Component (SCC) cannot be deactivated
because there are open SCC entries in this client.

System Response

The system would give an error and stop the process.

How to fix this error?

Before processing with SCC deactivated, following must be done
1) All stock at Subcontractors must be brought back to own stock.
2) All open SCC entries must be reversed
Run <DS:TRAN./SAPNEA/JSCR11>Create Chargeable Component</> /
<DS:TRAN./SAPNEA/MRCH>Post Alternative A/P</>
3) All chargeable component must be made non-chargeable.
Run Transaction <DS:TRAN./SAPNEA/JSCR21>Start/Stop Charging for
Components</>
4) SCC must be deactivated for all valuation area in which SCC is active
in the client.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
