What causes this issue?

There are some open entries in tables OBEW & ROWA. Also there
could be some Chargeable Component in the valuation area for which SCC
is being deactivated.
SCC cannot be deactivated in valuation area &V1& with open entries or
Chargeable Components.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Run <DS:TRAN./SAPNEA/JSCR11>Create Chargeable Invoice</> and
<DS:TRAN./SAPNEA/MRCH>Post Alternative A/P</> to close all open SCC
entries.
Run <DS:TRAN./SAPNEA/JSCR21>Change Component Type</> transaction to
convert all Chargeable Component to Non Chargeable.
