Overlapping validity periods for two condition records.

What causes this issue?

For end user:
Two condition records with the same semantic key may not overlap in the
same validity periods.
For technical personnel:
When updating condition records for condition table &v1&, the validity
periods for condition record &v2& overlap with the validity periods for
condition record &v3&.

System Response

For end users:
Both condition records have a red status in the user interface. You can
also navigate from both messages to the incorrect records by clicking
on "Detail" next to the message. You then see the condition record for
that message.

How to fix this error?

maintain the validity periods without an overlap.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
