What causes this issue?

Scale table line type &v1& could not be written into the DDIC.
A scale table line type is a normal structure. It needs to fulfill
minimal requirements in its consistency in order to be created in the
DDIC.
A scale table line type is generated for each scale table. It is
necessary for maintaining scales in condition maintenance. Here, the
scale table is enhanced within the structure by additional fields that
are required for the runtime, for example, a field that contains
information on database operations that need to be carried out.
There is probably an error in the definition of the corresponding scale
table or in the program.

System Response

Scale table line type &v1& is not transferred to the DDIC. Activation
is not possible later, as the structure does not exist in the DDIC.
