Archiving not permitted

What causes this issue?

An authorization is required for archiving condition records. This is
granted via implementations of BAdI <ZH>/SAPCND/ARCH_CHECK</>.
The condition records with condition type &v4& in table &v3& for
Application &v1& and for usage &v2& cannot be archived due to a lack of
authorization, because this was explicitly prohibitted by a BAdI
implementation.

System Response

The system removes the affected condition records from archiving.

How to fix this error?

If necessary, grant archiving authorization by changing or deactivating
relevant implementation.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
