Sample read in prestep buffer was already without success

What causes this issue?

Under certain circumstances, for performance reasons a test read is
implemented in the database, whereby only specific field information is
used. This transaction is known as the prestep.
Records found during the prestep are kept in the memory. As is any
information to say that no record was found.

System Response

The buffered information found in the memory is read. You can then see
that no condition record was found in Prestep. The access was not
executed as no condition record was found.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
